Article One – Introduction and Definitions:
The above preamble is an integral part of this Agreement. The following explains the meanings and definitions of the main phrases used in this agreement:
1- (Store): This definition includes all forms of online store, whether it is an electronic application, a website, or a commercial store.
2- (Consumer): Refers to the person who uses the services of the online store and deals in e-commerce with the aim of obtaining the products or services available through the online store.
3- (Agreement): This phrase refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement that regulate and govern the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article Two – Consumer Legal Capacity:
1- The consumer acknowledges that he has the legal capacity to deal with the store, whether that is according to the law or in accordance with the legal system, or that he has reached the legal age required to deal with the store, which is not less than eighteen years of age.
2- The consumer agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of his violation before the other affected parties.
Article Three – Nature of Obligation:
1- The store undertakes to provide the service or product to the consumer in accordance with the agreement concluded between them.
2- The store may provide additional services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of service or product required by the consumer.
Article Four – Usage Controls:
1- The consumer is obligated to use the online store platform in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with public morals.
2- When purchasing a service or product from the store, the consumer is obligated not to use it in ways that violate the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and public morals.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration:
When submitting an application to join as a member of the store and using its services, the consumer must provide specific information and choose a user name and secret password for use in accessing the store’s services. The consumer hereby agrees to the following:
1- He bears responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of his account information and password, and for immediately informing the store of any unauthorized use of his account information or any other breach of his confidential information.
2- The store does not bear any responsibility for any losses incurred by the consumer directly or indirectly, whether on the financial or moral level, as a result of revealing the consumer’s name or password information.
3- The consumer undertakes that he will use his account or membership in the store himself and will be fully responsible for it, and if it is used by another person, this is considered permission from the consumer for that person to use the store on his behalf.
4- The consumer is committed to using the store seriously and honestly.
5- The consumer is obligated to provide correct, updated and legal personal information about himself when registering in the store, and undertakes to update this information if it changes later.
Article Six – Payment:
1- The consumer must pay the amount due to the store when purchasing or using the service, according to the prices and conditions specified in the store.
2- The store has multiple options for payment methods, such as cash or electronic payment, and the consumer must choose the appropriate method for him.
3- In the event of any payment error or failure to complete the payment successfully, the consumer must contact the store to verify the situation and find the appropriate solution.
Article Seven – Order cancellation and refund:
1- The consumer can cancel his order before providing the service. Take a look in the store about the return policy, and in this case the amount paid will be fully refunded.
2- In the event that the service is provided and there is no agreement between the store and the consumer, the consumer can request a refund or replacement of the service in accordance with the controls and conditions specified in the store’s policy.
3- The consumer must contact the store as soon as possible and explain the reason for requesting a refund or exchange
Article Eight – Guarantee:
1- The store is committed to providing a guarantee on the courses it offers, in accordance with the controls and conditions specified in the guarantee policy.
2- The consumer must read and understand the warranty policy before purchasing, and in the event of a defect in the training courses, the consumer must contact the store to solve the problem he faces.
Article Nine – Jurisdiction:
1- In the event of a dispute between the store and the consumer, an attempt must be made to resolve the dispute amicably and directly.
2- If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both the store and the consumer have the right to resort to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to resolve the dispute in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
